Terms
Payment for the course secures the reservation of a place on the date previously agreed with the mentor.
For logistical reasons, enrolment cannot be transferred to another date.
Payment represents both the guarantee of your place and a mutual commitment.
Refunds are not offered except in exceptional and duly justified circumstances.
In the case of health-related problems, up to 50% of the amount paid may be refunded, provided a medical certificate is supplied.
